I know it is safe to run every day, but recommended, 5 times a week. Running vest packed with strength training is right? So, if you bench press every day, so that the muscles can grow, so that you can run with the vest every day? And what are the advantages of using the vest? Thank you.

I do not recommend running with a weighted vest. Running is a strong effect on the joints, and stresses, especially the knees and back. Add extra weight only increase the damage. There are benefits to running with a weighted vest, only the harmful side effects.

If you are under circumstances that, I recommend you only use to for sprints in interval training. The area of practical training, is not it?
