no. unless it is their right, but I live in California and know many people thng orders and they have only come forward and go home to pay the fine to the court that [everything is] DMV does not care all that counts is the grant of a license to someone who is capable of receiving, too. no fear will not happen. are really a good source to tell you how much you owe and where you pay your ticket and come in clear, again with him, so good luck!
my "friend" has a similar problem. He called the police and asked them to simply ask as DMV.
