It is an Acer LCD monito
It's just a small line, but whenever I'm on my PC, I see
The marker is one of the Sharpie marker peremanent
I was told not to use cleaner, monkeys screen.
Is there anything I can do?

Isopropol Try a little alcohol on a paper towel. Do not rub hard, and repeat if necessary.
You can eliminate some anti-glare coating on the screen, but are less troublesome.
Replace the screen when you mistake.
